– Consulting and digital support services
– Visual creations and graphic elements (logos, visuals, identities, etc.)
The scope of services is defined in the quotation or commercial proposal.
Any service provision is subject to:
– A quotation
– Written validation (email accepted)
An order is considered final upon validation of the quotation.
Depending on the nature of the services, a specification document, scope definition, or functional description may be established.
Where applicable, this document defines the objectives, deliverables, and scope of the mission.
In case of discrepancy, the validated quotation and the specification document shall prevail.
Prices are expressed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
Unless specified otherwise:
– Prices are exclusive of taxes
– The applicable price is the one stated in the validated quotation
– Lone Wolf Digital reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Payment terms may include:

Late payment may result in suspension of services.
Payments are made without discount for early settlement.
Delivery times are provided for indicative purposes only.
Deadlines may vary depending on:

– Client responsiveness
– Technical constraints
Delays shall not justify cancellation or compensation, unless otherwise agreed.
The client notably agrees to:
– Provide necessary information
– Actively collaborate
– Respect validation timelines
Any delay attributable to the client may impact deadlines.
Lone Wolf Digital is bound by an obligation of means.
Liability shall not be engaged in cases of:
– Improper use of deliverables
– Third-party service failures
– Direct, Indirect or consequential damages
– Force majeure events
Unless otherwise agreed:
– Deliverables remain the property of Lone Wolf Digital until full payment
– Usage rights are transferred according to the quotation
Lone Wolf Digital reserves the right to reference completed work for promotional purposes, unless expressly refused by the client.
Lone Wolf Digital shall not be held liable for failure or delay resulting from force majeure events.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of French courts, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
